Session posters
The Real Print
The same one-page session you can download free, printed heavy and matte at a size that survives a garage wall. Built to be written on — log your family's time in the margin and hang the next one beside it.
The Forge Store
Session posters printed properly, and gear for the people who actually show up. None of it is required to use anything on this site — the workouts are free and they stay free. The store is simply what pays for them.
Straight with you
We'd rather show you what's coming and let you tell us what to make than take pre-orders for things that don't exist. Nothing below is for sale today, and there is no price on any of it yet for exactly that reason.
Tell us what you'd actually buy and we'll make that first — and email you once, when it's ready. That's the whole list.

Sweatshirts
Heavyweight hooded sweatshirt with the Forge mark. The one that gets pulled on over a t-shirt at 6am when it's cold and nobody feels like going — and then you go.
This is where the patches go. Every session patch is iron-on, and the sweatshirt is built to hold them — heavy enough fabric to press onto, with room across the back and down the sleeves for the row to grow. Finish a session, press the patch on, wear the record of it. By the end of a year the sweatshirt is the scoreboard.
Hats
A structured cap and a low-profile dad hat, both with the mountain mark. Sweat-tested on actual trails before either one gets sold.
Mugs
A mug that holds enough coffee to matter, with the Forge Lesson from a session on the back. For the parent who is up before everyone else.
Patches
Embroidered, iron-on, one per session completed. Kids earn them by finishing the work, not by having one bought for them. They're made to be pressed onto the Forged Together sweatshirt — a pack or a jacket works too, but the sweatshirt is the intended home, and the row of them across it is the record.
Your idea
Water bottles, hoodies for kids, a full set of posters as one bundle — if there's something you'd hand a family member, tell us in the form below.
Where the money goes
That isn't a launch promise with an expiry date. There is no paywall planned, no premium tier, no email wall on the workouts — not later, not ever.
A family shouldn't need a gym membership or a subscription to get strong together. But photography, printing, hosting and the hours that go into writing each session are not free to produce. The store is how that gets covered without ever charging for the work itself. Buy something if you want the gear. Take the workouts either way.
Tell us what to make
Tick what you'd want. We'll make the most-wanted thing first and email you once when the store opens — one email, no list, no newsletter.
