Forge Session 5
Carry the Load
A 400-yard loaded carry, lunges, push-ups, and deadlifts — twice, for time. Strength under pressure.
Free forever · No sign-up
Each session is one page: warm-up, workout, coaching tips, a challenge, and a lesson to talk through when you're done. Read it on your phone or print it and stick it on the fridge. Nothing here costs anything.
Every session scales three ways
Different people in the same family can run different tiers in the same session. That's the design, not a compromise.

Running your first session
You don't need to be a coach. You need a timer, some open ground, and the willingness to be the one who starts.
Phones die and screens lock mid-set. Paper on the fridge wins.
Everyone says their tier before you start. No silent quitting, no silent showing off.
Five to seven minutes. This is where injuries don't happen.
Work the circuit in order. Encourage out loud. Finish together, not first.
Sit down, sweaty, and actually talk. This is the part they'll remember in twenty years.
Before you start
These sessions are free and unsupervised. Talk to your doctor before starting anything new, scale honestly, stop if something hurts in a way that isn't just hard, and keep kids' loads light. Form over weight, always — for you and for them.
The free sessions work. A program written for your schedule, your equipment, and your goals works faster.
